First generation: glass fiber rope wrapped with heating wire
In the early stage of e-cigarette development, the earliest atomization oil guide material is glass fiber rope. The second generation: resistance silk cotton core
It is still widely used as atomizing core material. In the early stage, the structure of atomization core of large smoke box was resistance silk cotton core structure. Cotton fiber is used as oil guide material, and heating wire is wrapped outside. The advantages of oil guide cotton are large oil storage, good oil conductivity, and full and real smoke taste. Up to now, the cotton oil guide material has also experienced the development process from degreasing cotton, organic cotton to now long staple cotton and other professional electronic cigarette cotton.
However, the life of cotton core is short, easy to dry burn, and the taste stability is not enough. Therefore, with the increase of e-cigarettes in the market, in order to obtain a more stable atomization taste, manufacturers began to study the substitute materials of atomization core, and microporous ceramic materials began to be applied.
The third generation: Ceramic atomizing core
Small smoke mainstream atomization core material. Compared with cotton core, ceramic core atomization taste is more delicate, smoke inlet is more smooth. The stability and durability of ceramic core also solves the problems of cotton core such as easy dry burning, unstable taste and easy paste core. It can make the atomization taste stable from the beginning to the end (which is not absolute, of course)
